Refund Policy

Refund Due to Delay
If the project is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, you are entitled to request a refund. We will assess the situation and process the refund accordingly.

If you wish to cancel the project and request a refund before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of the advance payment. Please notify us as soon as possible to facilitate the refund process.
